Recurrent Energy developed and constructed the projects, selling 100 percent of the generated electricity to Kaiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The projects also underscore Recurrent Energy\u2019s expertise with system design, utilizing a variety of system configurations and technologies to deliver the 11 MW of power. The portfolio includes rooftop solar, ground-mount solar, and elevated solar above existing parking garages and ground-level parking spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benefits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Each solar PV project in the Kaiser Portfolio produces an average of 10 percent of the electricity at each of the Kaiser facilities, which is roughly equivalent to the electricity needed to power 1,800 average U.S. homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201cKaiser Permanente sees renewable and clean energy as a key part of our environmental and sustainability strategy.
