Indigenous Commitment Statement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\nWe are committed to building positive, collaborative, and sustainable relationships with Indigenous nations and communities who are affected by our project development efforts. In support of this commitment, we will meaningfully engage with Indigenous communities to better understand traditional land and resource uses and explore opportunities for mutual benefit with Indigenous communities throughout the development of the Project, including: <\/p>\n\n
\n- Developing, constructing, and operating the Project with a dedication to the safety of the natural environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Initiating and completing early engagement with Indigenous Nation communities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Seeking to understand and incorporate traditional Indigenous knowledge and perspective to help us minimize impacts on the environment and traditional Indigenous land uses<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Striving to understand the diverse interests of Indigenous people in relation to project operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Seeking and considering opportunities for mutual benefit with Indigenous Nation communities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
