The 28 MWac facility in West Texas will deliver low-cost, clean power to Energy Transfer under a 15-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The facility was developed and constructed by Recurrent Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Canadian Solar Inc.
