Electricity generated from the project will be delivered to Southern California Edison (SCE) via a 20-year power purchase agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Google and KKR previously partnered in 2011 to invest in a <a href=\"http:\/\/stage.recurrentenergy.com\/projects\/smud\/\">four project portfolio<\/a> totaling 88 MW near Sacramento, CA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benefits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Columbia 3 project sits on 95 acres of flat, desert land between the Alta Wind Farm, one of the largest wind farms in the U.S., and Recurrent Energy\u2019s Rio Grande project.
