Recurrent Energy developed two PV projects in Spain totaling 5 MWp/4.4 MWac  located in Sant Boi de Llobregat, near Barcelona, and Alcala, near Madrid. Electricity generated by the projects is delivered to two local utilities under the Spanish Feed-in-Tariff. Both projects achieved commercial operation in June 2010.  The projects are part of a co-development arrangement announced in 2009 with ProLogis Renewable Energy and ProLogis European Properties (PEPR), one of Europe’s largest  owners of modern distribution facilities.
