Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in diverse industries, delivering tangible results in renewables, manufacturing, aerospace, geotechnical and construction. Her expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and process improvement enhances organizational performance and mitigates potential hazards. As a strategic thinker, she successfully develops and implements quality and safety programs aligned with industry best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and empowering teams to achieve exceptional standards. Pauline holds various certifications, including AS9100/AS9110, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Lead Auditor, Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing and 8D. She has completed academic and professional development programs at Wilfrid Laurier University, Ivey School of Business at Western University, University of Waterloo, Cornell University and Conestoga College.
