The certification completes Recurrent Energy’s portfolio of three internationally recognized ISO certifications: ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001.

KITCHENER, ON, September 23, 2026 — Recurrent Energy, a subsidiary of Canadian Solar Inc. (“Canadian Solar”) (NASDAQ: CSIQ) and a global developer, owner and operator of solar and energy storage assets, today announced that it has obtained ISO 14001:2015 certification from TÜV Rheinland for its Environmental Management System (EMS) based on an audit of its operation and maintenance (O&M) division. The certification validates that Recurrent Energy’s global O&M services for renewable energy and energy storage installations operate in accordance with internationally recognized standards for environmental management.

Since launching its O&M services in 2011, Recurrent Energy has continued to expand its global capabilities and expertise, establishing a strong presence in the international renewable energy services market. Today, the company provides O&M services for nearly 15 GW of contracted solar and energy storage projects across nine countries, supported by a global team of more than 500 employees consolidating its position as a leading international O&M services platform in the renewable energy sector.

The ISO 14001 certification reflects Recurrent Energy’s systematic approach to managing environmental aspects across its O&M activities and demonstrates its commitment to continuously improving environmental performance and integrating responsible environmental practices into its operations. The certification complements the company’s existing ISO 9001 certification for Quality Management and ISO 45001 certification for Occupational Health and Safety, completing a portfolio of three internationally recognized management system certifications.
